This article introduces Trivec integration with Shiji via Omniboost.
About Shiji (via Omniboost)

Why choose this integration?
The integration between Trivec and Shiji provides a reliable and efficient connection between your POS and PMS environment. Supporting both Room Charges and Full Revenue Push, it ensures smooth operational workflows as well as accurate financial data transfer.
By automating the flow of transaction data between systems, the integration reduces manual effort, minimizes errors, and improves overall efficiency. The result is a streamlined operation, enhanced guest experience, and stronger financial control within Shiji.
The integration can be easily managed through our connectivity platform, DataHub. Within DataHub, you can configure and maintain the integration between Trivec and Shiji, including managing the mapping between both systems.
If changes are made in either Trivec or Shiji, you can update the mapping directly in DataHub without needing support from an agent. This gives you full control and allows you to quickly adapt the integration as your operational needs evolve.
How does it work?
- Room Charge functionality allows guests to post purchases made at your POS (e.g., restaurant, bar, spa, shop) directly to their hotel room. Through a seamless POS-to-PMS integration, charges are instantly validated against the PMS to confirm the guest’s stay details and posting privileges. Once approved, the transaction is automatically added to the guest’s folio in real time, eliminating manual entry, reducing errors, and speeding up service. This ensures accurate billing, a smoother guest experience, and complete visibility of in-house spending across all outlets.
- Full revenue push enables your POS system to automatically transfer all closed sales data to the PMS as part of the end-of-day process. Instead of posting individual room charges only, the integration sends complete revenue totals — including taxes and tender types — directly to the PMS for accurate reporting and reconciliation.
This eliminates manual revenue entry, reduces end-of-day discrepancies, and ensures your property’s financial data remains fully aligned across systems, providing clear visibility and streamlined accounting operations.
This integration is available in all regions.

Using Shiji via Omniboost
Once set up, the integration is completely automatic. The room charges and revenue pushes are done automatically.
Every time new product groups, payment types, VAT profiles, or centers are created in Domino, it is Customer's responsibility to make sure they are assigned an account in Omniboost DataHub as well.
In case a product group is renamed, the mapping in Omniboost DataHub needs to be updated. That can be done by both Customer and Omniboost. After receiving the initial training from the Omniboost team on how the platform is used, the Customer is free to manage the accounts themselves. If required, Omniboost is available for assistance.
Errors resulting from missing accounts are visible in Omniboost DataHub and will be detected by Omniboost. Once the account is added, a rerun will be performed within 24 hours.
