Move/3500: Configuring device settings

This article explains how to configure a Move/3500 device. 

Select the white Menu button on the device keypad (the one with the dot):

In Huvudmeny, select Adminmeny (or press nr. 8 on keypad):

Swipe the merchant card:

In Adminmeny, select Inställningar (or press nr. 6 on keypad):

Select Ändra (or press nr. 1 on keypad):

Select Funktion and make sure all the settings are correct:

• 1 – FUNKTION
  • Terminal ID: XXX
  • Beloppsläge = Kronor (Öre)
  • S&F = Ja (Nej)
  • Serv Första = Nej (Ja)
  • Infofält = Ingen info (Ocr, Info text, Kassör ID)
  • Ljud = Vid fel (Alltid, Inget)
  • PIN knappljud = Alltid (Inget)
  • Alltid Kopia = Nej (Ja)
  • Dublettkontr. = Nej (Ja)
  • Language = Swedish
  • Dricks = Totalbelopp (NEJ, Extrabelopp)
  • Ändra kassör = Utan kassör (Dagsavslut, Z-total, Alltid, O-Rapport)
  • Moms = Fast moms (Ingen moms, Ändra moms)
  • Momssats = 0,00
  • Automatiskt av = Aldrig (Efter 1 timme, Efter 2 timmar)
  • Reservför. Språk = English
  • Bakgrundsljus = Auto (Alltid)
  • Chip info text = Chip uppåt (Chip mot dig, Chip ned)
  • Kundkvitto = Alltid (Vid behov)
  • IFR Priority = Domestic (International, None)
  • Reboot Time = 04:00

Select Kommunikation and make sure all the settings are correct:

• 2 - KOMMUNIKATION
  • Komm. typ = WIFI (Ethernet - not used, BT Android - not used, VIA ECR - not used, GPRS - not used)
  • DHCP = DHCP
  • HOST IP address =91.102.24.142
  • HOST IP port = 9670

Select Kassa and make sure all the settings are correct:

• • 3 – KASSA
    • ECR = JA (NEJ - not used) // Should always be Ja.
    • Komm.Typ = IP WIFI (BT Android - not used, IP ETHERNET - not used, USB slave - not used) 
    • ECR/TLS = NEJ (JA - not used)
    • ECR IP ADRESS = x.x.x.x 
      // If setting up for p@t: Enter the IP address of the POS running Baxi Agent.
      // If setting up for Baxi: Enter the IP address of the POS sending transactions to the terminal. 
    • ECR IP Port = 6001, 6002.. (Baxi) or 6009 (BaxiAgent) 
      // If setting up for p@t: Always use 6009 to connect to Baxi Agent. 
      // If setting up for Baxi: Use 6001 or 6002, 6003 etc., in case there are several terminals configured on the POS device, 1 port per terminal
    • Kortinfo = Aldrig (Alltid, Efter belopp)
    • Kvittohuvud/-fot = Nej (Ja)
• Press the red button (Stop) several times until the device restarts.
