This guide explains how you can configure Buddy opening hours.
To be able to complete this step, your MyTrivec username has to be registered as Site Owner. To request a change in site ownership, contact Trivec Support.
- Navigate to https://mytrivec.com/login.
- Enter your email address as Username and your Password:
- In the left-side menu, select Site settings and Open hours:
- Opening hours can be configured for three different workflows, Restaurant, Table Ordering, and Pickup Hours. Restaurant is the default value that applies if the other two are not configured:
- To configure the opening hours, select Edit:
- Select the Plus symbol to add a period during that day:
- Configure the opening hours for each day and confirm with Save all changes:
- If your company is open 24/7, check the Open 24 hours box for that day:
