This article introduces Adyen standalone (PSP) for Customers that have direct contracts with Adyen.

About Adyen PSP

Responsibilities

Trivec:

• Connecting the card terminals in Domino.
• Supporting HandyPay software.

Customer:

• Providing Trivec and Adyen with a technical point of contact, who is authorized to perform swaps and make technical changes.

Customer & Adyen

• Troubleshooting the terminals
• Ordering of terminals
• Replacement of terminals
• Providing Trivec with API key and serial number to configure the terminals 
• Upgrading the HandyPay terminals. 

Since Customer is managing their Adyen portal themselves, Customer needs to assign this responsibility to of their employees and share the contact info with Trivec for onboarding & troubleshooting purposes.
