Troubleshooting Event GO POS

This guide explains how to troubleshoot Event GO POS devices. 

Resetting the device

To reset the device, hold the power button until the screen turns off: 

Wait for a few seconds and then hold the power button again until the screen turns on. 

Enabling DHCP

If the device has lost network connectivity on the local network, it is a good idea to try to enable DHCP on the device. For info on how, check out Enabling DHCP on VPOS.

No bootable device

In case device displays a "No bootable device" message, contact Trivec Support.
